St Dominic's Catholic Primary School in Broadmeadows is an attractive, vibrant school offering a safe, high-quality education for students.

TCG worked with MINX Architects for building services engineering for a newly developed STEAM building. The project was the refurbishment of two existing classrooms into a new STEAM space providing indoor and outdoor learning areas.

TCG worked with MINX Architects to perform the following key engineering services.

  1. Electrical Services - Lighting, power, solar, audiovisual, communications, data, security, CCTV, emergency warning.

  2. Data/comms infrastructure - Infrastructure cabling and outlets.

  3. Mechanical Services - Air conditioning, heating, ventilation, piping, energy management and control systems.

  4. Fire Services - Fire detection and suppression systems, hydrants, sprinklers, alarms.

  5. Hydraulic Services - Sanitary plumbing, waste treatment systems, hot & cold water, gas reticulation, trade waste.
