Custom luminaires, we love it when our clients want to incorporate colour and shapes into the lighting. Crisscross custom powder coat fittings are seen here in the Art Dept. at Rosebud Primary School. We worked closely with Minx Architects on the Elec/Mech/Fire & Hydraulics services at Rosebud Primary School. The timber-tiered seating creates a collaborative learning environment.

TCG worked with MINX Architects to perform the following key engineering services.

  1. Electrical Services - Lighting, power, solar, audiovisual, communications, data, security, CCTV, emergency warning.

  2. Data/comms infrastructure - Infrastructure cabling and outlets.

  3. Mechanical Services - Air conditioning, heating, ventilation, piping, energy management and control systems.

  4. Fire Services - Fire detection and suppression systems, hydrants, sprinklers, alarms.

  5. Hydraulic Services - Sanitary plumbing, waste treatment systems, hot & cold water, gas reticulation, trade waste.
