Baxter Institute across seven levels located at 470 Bourke Street - Melbourne.

Conversion of seven floor of the existing Law Institute building to the Baxter Institute. Baxter Institute is a registered training organisation, with their main campus located in the heart of Melbourne – a block from Southern Cross Station.

TCG Engineering Solutions

TCG worked with Multibuild to perform the following key engineering services.

  1. Electrical Services - Lighting, power, solar, audiovisual, communications, data, security, CCTV, emergency warning.

  2. Data/comms infrastructure - Infrastructure cabling and outlets.

  3. Mechanical Services - Air conditioning, heating, ventilation, piping, energy management and control systems.

  4. Fire Services - Fire detection and suppression systems, hydrants, sprinklers, alarms.

  5. Hydraulic Services - Sanitary plumbing, waste treatment systems, hot & cold water, gas reticulation, trade waste.
