Working in collaboration with COX Architects, TCG was engaged to deliver building services solutions for the Southern Program Alliance offices located at 116 Balcome Road, Mentone.

TCG Engineering Solutions

TCG worked with COX Architects to perform the following key engineering services.

  1. Electrical Services - Lighting, power, solar, audiovisual, communications, data, security, CCTV, emergency warning.

  2. Data/comms infrastructure - Infrastructure cabling and outlets.

  3. Mechanical Services - Air conditioning, heating, ventilation, piping, energy management and control systems.

  4. Fire Services - Fire detection and suppression systems, hydrants, sprinklers, alarms.

  5. Hydraulic Services - Sanitary plumbing, waste treatment systems, hot & cold water, gas reticulation, trade waste
